does partcipating in pilates actually help our bodies?
like, can we burn calories from it and stuff?
or is everything they say and do on the tape just a sham..

No it really works, it stregthens and tones your muscles and it is also excellent for relaxation

  1. no it works. it tones and lengthens the muscle. the movements r gentle but will get ur heart pumping. u have to be consistent with it doing it every day to see results
