  1. I’m 9 months pregnant and I lie on my back all the time. I also take regular Pilates Tower Classes and can still most exercises. If you feel okay doing something you don’t need to worry. If something feels bad, just stop.

  2. I’ve done Pilates during my pregnancies and these exercises are great. Just take it easy with whatever exericse you do.
