My butt is getting too big!?
I’m a full-time student and part-time nerd, so I spend a lot of time in front of my computer. I’ve always been very thin but have recently started gaining weight-unfortunately most of it is going to my butt. I’ve started exercising, but I’d like to know if anyone knows any tricks to avoid chair-butt. I don’t need to sit at my desk. I could sit on a pilates ball, or even sit cross-legged like a buddha. I could even kneel if keeps my ass from growing!
Funny O, but my butt is much hairier than my face.

  1. While you’re seated, do some isometric exercises. Basically, just tighten your butt, then let go. Like you’re flexing your butt muscles. Repeat this all the time- easy, simple way to tone it.
