  1. uh if u eat that much so maybe not i do 30 mins excercise and 30 mins walking and i eat max900 min 400 calories each day and i did lose some pounds

  2. at 1200-1300 calories you would lose weight without excercise
    so yes
    yes it is enough to lose weight
    make sure you are getting enough vitamins/minerals
