Question by ♥ Twin Mammy! ♥: What are pilates exercises and what do they involve doing?
I’d love to lose some weight pretty quickly and tone up my muscles whilst doing it to feel better about myself. I am a little overweight for my height and I am on the pill atm so it would be beneficial for my health to lose some weight.
I’d love to know how to do pilates exercises so if anyone has knowledge of these, I would really appreciate if you gave me some info of what exercises i need to do.

I have done Pilates on and off for two years-unfortunately it is not going to help you lose weight fast. You will lose weight if you eat healthily and do it regularly, but it is a slow,controlled exercise designed more to enhance core strength and stretch muscles. You need to do cardio to lose fat.But here is a good website
