What are your favorite at home, equipment free exercises for buns, thighs, arms, or abs?

Question by me: What are your favorite at home, equipment free exercises for buns, thighs, arms, or abs?
I do a 40 minute long pilates workout every morning but would like to increase my workout time to one hour a day. Anything that will help me slim down and produce lean muscle would be fantastic.

  1. get into push-up position, but with your arms on the ground, from elbow to hands, knees and legs off the floor and only supported by your toes and arms, hold pose for as long as you can, or as many 1 minute intervals as you can. it should work a lot of core muscles.
