Question by psalms912b: How quickly should you see results if you are doing a daily 25 min cardio/ 45 min exercise and pilates routine
I have just started and have heard really good things about pilates, one girl said she saw some slight results in 5 days after doing a 10 min pilates routine.

unfotunately a workout is more important to keep changes… your diet is the most important part for making changes. i think that if you are in touch with your body though, you can sence some changes after a few days of doing what you are supposed to when you have not been previously. other people will not notice for closer to two weeks usually… longer if you aren’t eating right. pilates is great though… good luck!
