I have just started and have heard really good things about pilates, one girl said she saw some slight results in 5 days after doing a 10 min pilates routine.

unfotunately a workout is more important to keep changes… your diet is the most important part for making changes. i think that if you are in touch with your body though, you can sence some changes after a few days of doing what you are supposed to when you have not been previously. other people will not notice for closer to two weeks usually… longer if you aren’t eating right. pilates is great though… good luck!

Hello : I am a Doctor of nutrition and diet will make against a sophisticated and very, very effective 1-eating in the car + market + and on walk banned 2-all eating fast banned like Hamburger …etc… 3 sugar in all its forms is banned until juice natural banned eating at home only to eat, which your mother after to you or your cooking 4- 10 minutes authority before any meal 10 minutes and not 9 minutes.. 5-eating between meals is prohibited …6 -after seven o’clock banned food of all kinds ..7 sugar against that must be banned Erosive as permitted shut breakfast and lunch and dinner permitted permitted but not after at the seventh evening you can eat what you want in the main meals, but no sugar and…10 minutes before the food authority

  2. Joe Pilates claimed you could see results after 10 sessions, but that was after 10 sessions with him. (Joe was a hard-nose German whose sessions had a military regimentation and discipline).
    Most mat classes are about 50 minutes. With a qualified instructor (one who has had hundreds of hours of training), you should feel like you’ve been put through Marine boot camp after each session! Even so, it could take several months of weekly hourly sessions before your posture, breathing, flexibility, balance, and strength are noticeably better. Patience! Whatever shape you’re in, you didn’t get there overnight, and improvement doesn’t come overnight either.
