Question by Kathy P: should i carry on doing pilates, or another exercise?
i’ve been doing this 20 minute pilates workout for a month to look slimmer, and i see a difference, but not as much as i expected. should i give it more time, or give up?

pilates is good for your stabilizer muscles and is great for your joints and tendons but i would recommend a good cardio workout after for about 25 minutes. and the fat will just diminish. cardio=running, swimming, walking up and down stairs in your house.

  1. You need a good fat blasting cardio workout. You can try running, run/walk, or the elliptical. Or try Tae Bo DVD’s. I absolutely love them. I have been doing them for years!
