  2. to intensify the first move (toes forward leg straight out to the side) i used an easy resistance band to make my legs work harder. and for the squat at the end i used a difficult resistance band just above my knees to make me squeeze more! is that okay?

I been in the fitness industry for 6 yrs and your among the most elite group of fitness trainers. I see this is not a job for u but your passion.. I love tht u have a controlled breathing also..   6. i just want u to know that i absolutely love your videos. they are like chocolate candy, soooooooo addicting. but best of all they are short to the point and oh so effecrtive. have cut my workout time way down, better results than from long workouts. please do some more cardio though. i can’t believe how good i look with these short workouts thanks again. 60 and loving life

Hey Cassey, I’ve been doing your workouts lately but because you post up so many different videos for different purposes (body slimming, bikini bod, muffin top etc), I’m not sure what combination and frequency I should be doing them? Do I just do more what part I want to lose more (ie. thighs, legs, abs) or should it all be equalized? Any suggestions? Thanks!

  13. I haven’t done this one yet but I’m so excited! I just discovered your workouts & I love them! I’m only been doing them for a week so far but I already notice small improvements in my strength.
    Also would you mind putting in Jennifer Lopez’s Do it Well song in one of your vids when you get the chance? Its my favorite exercise song for those last few minutes! 🙂

  16. Where I am, “saddlebags” has always meant love handles–I was confused by this workout until that explanation at the end, haha. Not that it wasn’t good for my legs, it certainly was.

  20. @bubbleybubble123 well its suppose to burn “hurt”. if you dont feel the burn “hurt” then theres no point on doing the exercise. the point on doing exercise is that your suppose to feel everything, in this case feel the burn “hurt”.
