  1. soo first off just wanted to say thanks so much for these! i’ve just gone running because i’ve never like pilates or yoga but these videos i REALLY like! 🙂 but i have a question! so i did the muffin top vid and then the calf and inner thighs vid and now i’m doing this one! is it bad to jump around and do different videos the same day? should i only do one video a day mixed in with cardio?! i have no idea 😛 haha thanks again 🙂

  6. @blogilates I regularly do a workout of burpees if I don’t have much time. I’m pretty much convinced they’re the perfect body weight exercise.

  7. hey your videos are super inspirational, I am a lil to the overweight side and have never done pilates before…..i have just recently started working out and weigh about 156 pounds andam 5 feet 5 inches tall….please suggest where should i start from as i really wana lose this weight and how many times a week shld i do it?

  11. Hey Cassey, Super video!! I’ve just started pilates at a fitness evening class Kim is my instructor she’s really good & has told me I’m doing super!! For my very first time ever and being that I am a senior also, I’m very flexiable guess it comes from being so active and riding my horses when I was younger.
    I really have a goodtime I LOVE IT!! Trying to get back into shape after losing My Beloved Husband of 34 years!!
    I will be watching you and doing pilates with you:)

  13. Have a question: I am trying to lose weight. I am 5’10” and though I feel okay about my weight number, I don’t like the way it looks on my tall-body. I’d like to do stuff like this once every night. Suggestions for other vids or anything else I should do to tone up. Thxxxx!

  15. Lovee the workout. I have about 60 days to tone up and lose some weight before my birthday in July 🙂 I do elliptical for cardio, and this is definitely helping me gain muscle strength! Thanks sooo much!
