  1. @phoenixartois phoenix, do you realize how vague that question is? Who knows what was on the poster or why your gym decided to take it down? This exercise is excellent, you’d be surprised at how much anatomy and training classes go into these folks learning their trade.

  3. There used to be a poster on the wall in my gym that said that was a dangerous way to stretch. Could anyone shed any light on why that might be and on whether there is a difference between this and the exercise on the poster I am referring to. Thanks.
