What are good exercises, using a pilates ball, for the abs?

Question by ☮ Kitty Kat: What are good exercises, using a pilates ball, for the abs?
I want to exercise my stomach/abs so thats its totally flat but using a pilates ball, how can I do this? Any videos or pictures would be good

SORRY, BUT EXERCISE IS THE ONE THING I FAIL TO DO ESPECIALLY SINCE ALL I DO IS SIT AROUND AND PLAY ON THE INTERNET! SORRY!!

  1. Stretch on the ball, both on your stomach and on your back. The stretching relieves tension and tones the body. Take caution not to roll with the ball, though. It could lead to injuries.
