Question by I am your potato: Which is better exercise physically, pilates or yoga?
And also, which is better for decreasing the size of ‘pectus excavatum’. don’t answer the second question if you simply do not know. I do both of these exercises but I don’t really know lol 🙂 thanks for reading and double thanks for answering 🙂
