With no equipment and in about 20 minutes.
i want something intence and moving, no pilates or anything.

  1. stairs, or abs
    all you need is a comftorable surface to lay down on.
    1- situps 30sec.
    2-heel touches 30 sec.
    3. plank -30sec
    4. obliques 1min (30 sec each side)
    5. leg lift- 1min
    6. lateral skaters -30 sec
    7. bicicle crunches 1min
