Question by questionmark: Do you recommend yoga as a way of physical exercise? Have you ever tried pilates?
Which one would you prefer and why?

M friend does yoga and it has done wonders for her. I tried it however and due to recurring lower back problems it was not a good match for me. In theory there are instructors that can aork around this but I would rather just stick to the gym.
I have done pilates at home. Good stretch, core strengthening.
