  1. Make sure that you do cardio exercises to help you lose your muffin top quicker. It’s always better if you combine eating healthy, ab exercises and cardio to get the best results.

  2. @thatjessicaahhh Try working somewhere with a ballet bar, just put your fingers on the bar, or if you don’t have access to a place with a bar stand near a wall so that when you have your arms in front of you your fingers are about an inch from the wall. This will stop you from falling over and help your balance 🙂
