    Pilates has been part of my life for many years…I read about it, study techniques and even teach it. My husband has suffered from lower back pain for two years. He has had nerve block shots, physical therapy, medications…etc. The only thing that has helped him is Pilates. The book is easy to read and a valuable asset for teachers and/or those who are in pain. Thank you to the wonderful author!!
