  2. Absolutely. This could help someone lose weight indirectly, but it mainly strengthens muscles, which is what will get you toned. Do it! 🙂

  7. I love this workout video! I have completed it 5 days in row & I’ve lost 4 pounds… YAY! I can tell a huge difference in my abs and legs. My husband says my butt looks different too(TMI??)lol ..I’m trying to get the body I had,(but better this time), before I had my baby!! Wish me luck! I’m still strugling with the push ups though, I’ve been doing plain ole girly push ups :/ haha…I subscribed & I’m definitely going to continue working out with you, this video plus more!

  9. my prom is tomorrow and i did the leg work outs and i had to stop because i know i’ll be sore tomorrow. This is how hard the work out is.

  12. I think you did a great job with this. However, could you please cut out the low volume music in the background and turn up your volume so we can hear you better. I really had to strain and often stop what I was doing to hear your instructions. Thanks.

  24. 20 years ago I could perform these exercises with no problem and keep up with her. Today I am EXHAUSTED! Day 1…Hope I have a different story in 30 days…
