  1. Practically, anyone can try it. But if you’re a beginner in Pilates, better look for one of Cassey’s beginners workouts (she has several on her channel). Otherwise you might feel discouraged because you didn’t pull through this whole workout, when it’s only a matter of training and gaining more strength over time 🙂

  15. @theMusicFairy1 Join the club of bony backs! I have a concave and it’s like a dent? This helped me get a line though and tone up a bit. I think if you get some protein it should be similar for you.^_^ Good luck
