  1. If you want to lose fat, you need to do cardio. This exercise is designed to build muscle which will create a nice, round butt. Instead of fat being the source of curves, it will be muscle and it will be sculpted.

  2. It’s not so bad if you watch this while your sitting down eating a bowl of mac ‘n cheese.

  7. you shouldn’t train a muscle group two days in a row…muscles need to rest, so leave a day off between exercises. :).

  8. CURSED WITH SMALL BUMS?!HA! i laughed. My whole family has large bums. All our weight goes to the hips, and butt. ): its the hardest weight to lose! I wish all my weight went to my arms and i had long slender legs. Instead short legs, skinny arms and flat tummy big unsexy butt and big boobs. Gasshh

  9. Today was my first day of doing this. OHMYGODDDDDD!!! It kicked my butt! Lol and i’m a hiphop dancer. I couldn’t handle 25 mins of this, and I’m usually at dance for 4hours lol. I can’t wait to see results. Is anyone else trying this??? Results? Good? Bad?

  11. It should make it bigger, though im not an expert. The stronger you work your butt, generally, the rounder it becomes. 🙂

  13. This shouldn’t make it much smaller. You’ll still have a beautiful butt, but it will just be rounder and more lifted.
    Not that I speak for POP or anything. 🙂
