  1. @TravverChase1 Try total body sculpt on her blog blogilates, every pilates workout engages the core including ANY leg workout. ^_^

  2. Just finished this workout and have never felt my back muscles like this. Have a feeling I will feel sore in the morning LOL! Thanks Cassey for all that you do for us.

  3. this is amazing! My back has been hurting recently and the spinal ball roll thing feels soooo good 🙂 love you Cassey!

  4. how do you get your neck to stop tensing up?!!! its kind of painful and im afraid im not doing something right…actually, i know im not doing something right. 🙂

  5. Hi Cassey – I adore your workouts and have infected many of my friends with them. Do you think it would be possible to do a balance workout (i.e. one in which upper body exercises like some of these are combined with leg postures that require one to engage the core and leg muscles as well)?

  6. I love all of your videos, but I especially love the positive comments too 🙂 makes me want to work harder! Thank You SO much for posting your workout videos 🙂

  7. omg I could not stop laughing while doing the ball roll down thing. hahahahaha idk why but I couldn’t get back up and it felt funny to me 😀 but I love this. exactly what I need right now for my poor weak back

  8. argh!! this is excellent! and it kills me everytime. still trying to get to a point where i can do the entire vid without stopping X)

  9. I always feel exercising isn’t doing anything at all, and then I wake up the next morning and am in pain!!! So i know they are working!!!!

  10. I’ve been wanting to workout again… it’s been 3 years since I’ve done pilates but I’ve not been motivated to getting back in a routine even though I know I need to. Thank goodnes I stumbled on your videos. I like how you push everyone and make it fun. Now i’m insprired and anxious to get back in the groove. thanks : )

  11. Hey I just wanted to ask you if it matters WHEN I do my strength/cardio workout? What I mean is, if it matters that I do not do them at the same workout session, like if I divide it up like this; running / jumping rope in the morning, and then strength later on during the day, or vice versa? Or do I have to do them att the same session to make it count?
I freaking love your videos, and I love how pushy you are in a fun and happy way!
