I’m back with my results and so far doing this video 5x a week along with my running and some other cardio-strength video, I’ve lost 1″ on each tight and my behind looks a bit rounder and perkier, but this video have made the difference for me….Thanks so much for the amazing workouts and for being such and inspiration for others.   7. I started with your hour glass workout n became a huge fan….good mix of pilates,body weight,breathing and cardio…can u put some more videos of home weight training loops…

  9. Wow! This is so great, I`m glad I found it. I’ve been dealing with bulky legs for a while and I think this might just solve my problems. One question, though – is any aditional stretching necessary at the end of this workout?
