  2. Rightly so! Calf raises do enlarge the calf muscles. Even walking on your tippy toes does.

  8. The thing that she doesn’t tell you is that the next day you’ll wake up and barely be able to get out of bed because your calves will be so tight!! These videos are short but extremely effective. I was amazed at how sore I was from this and the muffin top video, and I thought I was in decent shape!
