Question by musiqschild: Can Pilates be a toning as well as cardio exercise regiment?
If it is, how many days per week and how long should I do it for?
If not, what should I supplement it with.
I also swim for 1/2 hr, once per week. Don’t think it counts but wanted to mention it.

Yes….i did it and it worked
30 mins with at least 20 mins of running b4 or after the workout
