  2. Cassey my hip keeps popping when I do that rotation or even when I do those kinda peddling crunches..do you know what that might be? Perhaps stretching could help improve it?

  9. i have jrotc in high school, and i’m hoping to get on the pft next year. to get on, we have to do 100 sit up in 2 minutes. i think this might just help me get there..
