  5. hey hey! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  6. Please can you tell us how many times a day?
    Here is what I did: 3 times a day.
    Once before each meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Diner) and then after eat. This will allow you to burn a lot more calories that you cosumed because of your meal. At this time, your metabolism is in fire!

  7. that was great I add a spider man pushup twist . go down for the push up , you twist and bring your knee to the opposite elbow .example left knee bring it and over toward the right elbow . ouch. and back up,the twist brings it a notch. thanks

  8. actually it looks like she’s enjoying herself since sarah has always said that pilates helped her lose her college weight.
