  4. Try thinking about the pelvic floor muscles…visualize your pelvis being like a bowel with soup in it & if you tilt it forward you’ll spill the soup. As you lay on the floor again think of the pelvic area & tilt it slightly upward, this should help flatten your lower back to the floor…feels as if the belly button is sinking in…hope this helps 🙂

  5. When I work out my abs, it’s really hard for me to do the “bellybutton to the spine” thing because my body’s natural instinct is to push my abs/stomach out. Anyone else have this problem? Tips?

  12. it’ll take time..abs only show if you have a good diet because they will be hidden under the layer of fat on your stomach
