  3. I do this thing and it’s called abs butt and thighs and you get no breaks and my leg shakes to much to! I also do Zumba but you get breaks in between songs

  5. Getting in shape… Haha I’ve done pillates for a while. Maybe try a sport like tennis (it’s good for arms and legs, pretty much the whole body and brings hand eye cordination, plus, it’s super fun.) or swimming (very good for your whole body and is also really fun.)

  19. I’ve been dying to try pilates for ages, but not very confident with myself to actually go to a class, but with your videos it’s like having an instructor in the very room! I’ll definitely subscribe! Having done two videos I feel so much more strengthened :) thank you so much!
