  1. Thank you so much for providing workouts without required equipment! These workouts can be done anywhere. That is my favorite part. Keep it up, you two! Wonderful!

  2. Whoa, you guys kicked my butt in this workout. No paid no gain. more Pilates mixes please!

  3. It must be amazing having something you both love so much in common! I would love to have a boyfriend who loves working out as much as I do, and who would actually WANT to workout with me.

  4. you have videos to get an hourglass figure just type it :) and u even have one if you are naturally slender 😀

  5. Hi I was wondering if pliates make one’s waist line thicker, because I want to do this excerise but I’m looking to hopefully get an hour glass figure. Or which videos would u suggest for me to get that hour glass figure. Thank you for ur videos, love ur videos

  6. We have plenty of total and upper body workouts. This just isn’t one of them 🙂 It’s a good idea for a next video though.

  8. I loved the mix of the two, but instead of doubling up on obliques and leg raises; why didn’t you add some arm exercises for a whole body workout?

  9. Talk to your doctor but generally speaking, if you can’t press your back flat on the mat naturally, don’t force it to the point where it’s uncomfortable, instead focus on pulling your belly button down to the mat towards your spine. You could also roll a towel under your lower back to take up that space so that you don’t have to press as far down.

  10. great workout, I did the 5 minute but and 12 miin cardio before!!! I am sweating big time. Thanks again
