  4. I have trouble lifting my torso up for the punching routine. I’ve been doing the 10minute ab exercise and doing fine so far except for the touch knee and then straightening out routine I also can’t bring my torso down or up. Roll ups are the same story.. What should I do? Thanks if you reply.
