Question by nat nat: What exercise is really effective in taking away lower stomach fat?
I would realli like to have a nice flat tummy and really want to know which ab exercise will really show results.

Try running and crunches/sit ups. Running burns alot of calories and sit ups or crunches build ab muscle.

  1. Hanging leg lifts, but these exercises don’t really trim the fat, they just tone the muscles so you can suck it in a little more.

  2. Cardio! It is a common misconception to do sit ups, and ab workouts. But the only way to eliminate body fat, is by burning more calories than you consume. Workouts such as running, elliptical training, and dancing burn the most calories and therefore burn fat the fastest!
