I’m trying to find some good pilates or yoga workouts online that I can do in a small apartment. There are several videos on YouTube, but does anyone have any specific recommendations?
Sorry – not interested in diet pills or tea gimmicks, thanks.

The key for losing weight is simple – consume less food and move more – the issues surface when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail out there don’t you think?! The sole method that really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I lost 20 pounds, it really does produce results!

    The exercises are really hard and tiresome, but it’s pretty rewarding.

    Oh, and I’m not sure if they still offer it on YouTube (I just tried looking it up but nothing came up) but Yoga Booty Ballet was also really fun and a pretty good workout! If you can come across that, that’s a great one.

    And Winsor Pilates! I love this one! I also have the circle that came included with the pack and I always feel lean and relaxed after I do this. (I do have to admit that it might be boring AT FIRST… but it gets better).
