  1. Make sure that you do cardio exercises to help you lose your muffin top quicker. It’s always better if you combine eating healthy, ab exercises and cardio to get the best results.

  2. Try working somewhere with a ballet bar, just put your fingers on the bar, or if you don’t have access to a place with a bar stand near a wall so that when you have your arms in front of you your fingers are about an inch from the wall. This will stop you from falling over and help your balance :)

  3. Just started doing this and it feels great!! Can really feel it working.. Gonna start doing this everyday, Will let people know how it goes :)

  4. it’s basically ballet, except we have to square our hips, shoulders and be in turnout plus point

  5. Can you put on some music and do it with me? .. I need some motivation….

  6. yes – it does work your lower abs – most of the Pilates exercises will work your lower abs nicely for you! be sure to check out more of my Pilates moves on my channel: Pilates with Hanneke or find me on facebook Pilates with Hanneke – enjoy!
