Question by Charmed&Dangerous: What is the best way to ease into exercise after a c-section?
I’m at the end of my 6th week of recovery and very anxious to work out. I love working out and I usually jump rope, run, kick-box, and some pilates. But I’m worried about starting again.

I started at 7 weeks with Yoga and Pilates. I had an emergency C-section. It helped that its low impact and I could push myself only as far as I felt comfortable. My daughter is 9 months old and I’ve lost 80 pounds… Good luck!
