And what are some exercises I can do that will help me slim down?

because when u exercise you do it to lose fat but if u exercise an area that dont got fat u get muscle!!!!!!!

  1. Cardio (aerobic) not only works on your cardio vascular health, it does help burn fat. You have to do AT LEAST 20 minutes for your body to begin to burn fat. Resistance (weights) training can sculpt you if you do hypertrophy. That means lifting light weights for 15 to 20 reps for 2-3 sets. You don’t want to lift heavy because it tears down and builds muscle. When you are lifting in hypertrophy, don’t rest for long periods between sets. The idea is to bump up the heart rate and tire out the muscle. Don’t forget to warm up, cool down, and do all your stretching!!!!
