I have decided to take the plunge and start Pilates. I’m in good shape, but I would like to strengthen my core.

Most people (90%+) will see results in 6 weeks from starting an exercise program. However, a lot of people (70%) can start to see results in two weeks.

I have just started and have heard really good things about pilates, one girl said she saw some slight results in 5 days after doing a 10 min pilates routine.

unfotunately a workout is more important to keep changes… your diet is the most important part for making changes. i think that if you are in touch with your body though, you can sence some changes after a few days of doing what you are supposed to when you have not been previously. other people will not notice for closer to two weeks usually… longer if you aren’t eating right. pilates is great though… good luck!
