I would realli like to have a nice flat tummy and really want to know which ab exercise will really show results.

Try running and crunches/sit ups. Running burns alot of calories and sit ups or crunches build ab muscle.

I am I’d say pretty in shape I would like to get a little more hard exercise in. I prefer dance-y things or yoga or pilates. I don’t have any equipment though, except for some 3, 7 and 8 pound weights. I’ll take any suggestions, what’s your favorite??

Look into yoga and qi gong. They don’t look like hard work but wait until you try them! LOL

I did a 40 minute intermediate level yoga/pilates blend workout today. I weigh 120lbs. I barely broke a sweat. About how many calories do you think I burned?

If you aren’t feeling anything form the workout, it may be that you need a more advanced, intense workout, or you aren’t completing the moves properly. Most likely, you just need to increase the either the intensity or duration of the exercise.
