Question by omgidk: Questions regarding winsor pilates and pilates in general.?
Heyyy!! Ok, so I was wondering if anybody knows a website that sells all the different winsor pilates dvds and equipment. I went to the winsor pilates website but all they had was the special offers.

I was also wondering if pelates is as effective as weight training? If I did pilates would I also have to do weight training. I am already doing cardio and want to gain muscle as well as shape my body and decided to try pilates but now I am also reading that if I do pilates I should also do weight training?? Is that true?? Thankssssss!
