Q&A: Online Pilates or yoga routines for weight loss?

Question by Julianna: Online Pilates or yoga routines for weight loss?
I’m trying to find some good pilates or yoga workouts online that I can do in a small apartment. There are several videos on YouTube, but does anyone have any specific recommendations?
Sorry – not interested in diet pills or tea gimmicks, thanks.

The key for losing weight is simple – consume less food and move more – the issues surface when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail out there don’t you think?! The sole method that really showed results for me was wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a handful of free trials left, it has been reported in Fox News and CNN. I lost 20 pounds, it really does produce results!

My tailbone hurts whenever I attempt to do some Pilates Exercise routines. I need your opinion.?

Question by lucius_sorrow: My tailbone hurts whenever I attempt to do some Pilates Exercise routines. I need your opinion.?
I’ve started Pilates at home with the help of a DVD video 2 days ago. It’s just that my tailbone hurts everytime I try some of the routines. Rolling like a ball while holding the ankles, balancing with my feet streched upwards etc. are just some of the routines that give me a sore tailbone.

I wonder what could be done to stop the pain…
