The results from Pilates are not instant. A quote from Joseph Pilates is:

“After 10 sessions you will feel a difference. After 20 sessions you will see a difference. And, after 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body”.

I can confirm that once you have started to feel and see a difference it really is motivating.

As for doing Pilates every day, yes you could, providing you were working different areas of the body and not doing the same workout.

You could try doing a more relaxing workout every other day and a harder one in-between.

The other consideration is that you may get bored. Therefore limit your Pilates to every other day.

I have some on-line Pilates based exercises to do at your desk. They are FREE, professionally put together, fun to do and really work!

I’m not doing any cardio, just pilates. How long until I see results? I’ve been doing 10 minutes to target abs, 10 minutes for lower body, and 10 minutes total body. I can definitely feel the pain, but no results yet. How long until I see results?

Uhm ive done pilates after breakfeast for a long time and you start seeing great results in like 4-7 days or maybe a week or so but keep working hard at it and youll start noticing amazing results ! LOL trust me ive been there xD so hope i helped 😀

there are no set time frames to give you, how quickly you see results depends on too many variables, as for how you eat, that is a matter of self discipline, something you have to develop for yourself.
