Question by Alexandra: Do guys do pilates?
My younger sister wants to take some pilates classes but my mom can’t take her when the classes are on, so she wants me to take her. I figured I’d just take her and wait, but my mom keeps saying I should do the classes too and that it’s good for guys as well as girls. Is this true? Do guys do it? I’ve only seen the infomercial things on tv now and again so don’t know much about it. What’s really involved in a class? Plus would you wear just a tee and shorts?

My brother took yoga with my mom and he enjoyed it. Give it a try and see if you like it or not.
