– Ridgefield resident Dr. Stephen Winter, chief of pulmonary and critical care medicine at Norwalk Hospital , and clinical professor of medicine at Yale University School of Medicine , has received the 2010 Public Service Award of the American Thoracic Society . He will receive the award at the group’s International Conference in New Orleans next month.
