I’m trying to find some good pilates or yoga workouts online that I can do in a small apartment. There are several videos on YouTube, but does anyone have any specific recommendations?

The key for losing weight is simple – consume less food and move more – the issues surface when we in reality try to put that into operation! There are loads of opportunities to fail out there don’t you think?! Question by Ava: What is the best way to lose weight in my butt and thighs?
I’m giving myself the summer to get healthy. I weight about 143 pounds but all the weight goes to my butt and thighs. By the end of the summer ideally I’d like to be at 125 but realistically I am very unmotivated and lazy so I don’t see me losing more than maybe 10 pounds. I have a tredmil in my house and that is my only equipment. So how could I go about losing some of the fat from my butt and thighs? Thanks

Go to youtube.com and type in Dr. Neal Barnard. He has a lot of videos you can watch. I recommend his series of 4 short videos, total time under an hour. He hardly mentions exercise in the videos, but he’s very much in favor of it.

There are a lot of other videos you will see advertised on YouTube. I encourage you to give them a try.
